JR Car Care is a full-service auto repair shop located at 861 Waverly St, Framingham, MA 01702. We provide automotive repair, maintenance, diagnostics, detailing, and related services to customers in Framingham and the greater MetroWest area of Massachusetts.

Permitted Use
You may use our website for lawful purposes related to learning about our services, contacting us, and scheduling appointments. You agree not to:

Accuracy of Information
We strive to keep all information on our website accurate and up to date, including service descriptions, hours, and contact details. 03. Appointment Scheduling & Cancellations
Online Booking
Appointments booked through our online system (powered by Tekmetric) are subject to availability and confirmation by our shop. A booking request does not guarantee an appointment until you receive a confirmation.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to serve other customers who may be waiting. You can cancel or reschedule by:

Repeated no-shows without notice may result in a requirement to prepay for future appointments.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may need to reschedule your service depending on our workload. Please call ahead if you are running late.
04. Services & Estimates
Written Estimates
We provide a written estimate before beginning any repair or service work. No work beyond the scope of the agreed estimate will be performed without your prior authorization. If additional issues are discovered during service, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.
Service Warranty
Parts and labor performed by JR Car Care are warranted against defects for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first, unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of service. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and parts supplied by us. It does not cover:
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect after service.
- Normal wear and tear on parts.
- Parts supplied by the customer.
- Issues unrelated to the original repair.
To make a warranty claim, bring your vehicle back to our shop with your service receipt. We reserve the right to inspect the vehicle before honoring any warranty claim.
Customer-Supplied Parts
We may, at our discretion, install parts supplied by the customer. However, we do not warranty labor on customer-supplied parts. If a customer-supplied part fails, labor charges for reinstallation will apply.
Vehicle Storage
Vehicles left at our shop beyond the agreed pickup time may be subject to storage fees. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you before charging storage fees. Vehicles abandoned for more than 30 days may be subject to applicable Massachusetts lien laws.
05. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service before vehicle pickup. We accept cash, major credit cards, and debit cards. We do not currently accept personal checks.
For larger repairs, we may require a deposit before ordering parts or beginning work. This will be communicated to you in your estimate.
If payment is not made upon pickup, we reserve the right to retain the vehicle until payment is received, in accordance with Massachusetts mechanic’s lien laws.
06. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Massachusetts law, JR Car Care’s liability for any claim arising from our services shall be limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as loss of income due to vehicle downtime).
- Pre-existing conditions or damage not caused by our work.
- Damage resulting from issues you were informed about but declined to address.
- Acts of God, theft, vandalism, or other events beyond our control while your vehicle is in our care (though we maintain appropriate insurance).
07. Vehicle Drop-Off & Storage
When you leave your vehicle with us, you authorize us to operate it as necessary for inspection, testing, and repair purposes. This includes test driving on public roads. We carry garage keeper’s liability insurance covering vehicles in our care.
Personal items left in vehicles are your responsibility. We recommend removing valuables before drop-off. JR Car Care is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items left in vehicles on our premises.
08. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design, is owned by or licensed to JR Car Care and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
The JR Car Care name, logo, and marks are trademarks of JR Car Care. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
09. Third-Party Services & Links
Our website links to third-party services including Tekmetric (booking), Google Maps (directions), and our affiliated companies. These third parties have their own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or terms of third-party sites.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Middlesex County, Massachusetts.
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before pursuing formal action. We are committed to fair and transparent resolution of any issues.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
